Customer hell Magic Fingers

So right now I'm on hold to support, don't know if I can fix this problem, but so far it seems my blessing from the previous couple of days is wearing off. I hope this is not the case. Maybe if I play my cards correctly.

Update: So it seems my blessing is holding up still. I got the customer online, it took like 48 minutes, but I got her online. Seems like it really paid off to be persistent.
